Use text-only results where possible, compress your browsing sessions into focused blocks rather than leaving a browser open all day, and avoid autoplay media on any site you visit. Track your approximate daily data usage through your browser or network settings and post your numbers here at the end of the week. The challenge is not about perfection; it is about building awareness of how much data we consume unconsciously.
